How do you register for a tour?

After selecting a date and desired trip, the client will fill out the registration form and pay a deposit of €1,500 per person.

The balance of the cost must be paid up to 60 days before the trip.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation after 14 days from the advance payment and up to 61 days before the start of the trip - cancellation fee €1,500

Cancellation from 60 days before departure will be charged a full cancellation fee, 100% of the transaction cost.

What happens in the event of a vehicle breakdown?

The travel team, along with the service vehicles, will accompany you throughout the journey. In the event of a breakdown, the escort team will handle it and provide a response as needed.

What is the minimum driving age?

Generally, the minimum driving age depends on the type of vehicle and the country you are traveling in. In most cases, the minimum age is 25.

What are the conditions for driving the vehicles?

Every participant who drives is required to have a valid driver's license (the license card itself, not a copy, not a photocopy). According to the rental company's terms, participation as a driver will not be allowed without presenting a valid driver's license. In addition, drivers are required to declare that they are not under a license revocation or disqualification period.

As part of the car insurance, the rental company requires each driver to pay a deposit equal to the deductible. The deposit amount is intended for the event of damage to the vehicle and is limited to the deductible amount. Upon return of the vehicle without damage, the deposit amount will be returned to the driver. One week before departure, drivers must present a credit card to pay the deposit.

Payment for fines and traffic reports plus handling fees will also be charged to the driver's credit card, subject to the terms of the vehicle rental at the time of the trip.
